DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your shopping with us. We hope you are happy with the experience and purchase.. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy and the way the delivery system works.

DELIVERY

1. No international deliveries -

we are unable to deliver outside of New Zealand and to private PO boxes or private bags.

2. Time -

We will try to deliver your products in 3-5 working days from the date of your order confirmation. For rural delivery outside of metropolitan areas, please allow an extra two to three working days for delivery. If we anticipate we will be unable to meet this delivery date, we will contact you with a revised delivery date and you may, if you wish, cancel your order.

3. Delivery by post -

All orders will be delivered directly to the address mentioned in the receipt and will be dropped off at the site. However in times, when no one is available to take the orders, the post company will either drop off the package or leave a card with information as to where your order is.

4. Responsibility -

Delivery will be completed when the Products are delivered to the address you gave us. The Products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery. You own the Products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.

5. Delivery charges -

The price of a Product does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as quoted on our site from time to time. To check relevant delivery charges, please refer to our Delivery Information page.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) working days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

1. Return process -

To return an item, please email customer service at support@thecloset.co.nz to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

2. Refunds -

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

3. Exceptions -

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged in any conditions particulars due to hygiene reasons which may intrude in any customer's experience -

  • Damaged goods
  • Used products and washed products
  • products bought for more than a Week
  • products Without Bill or Label
  • Accessories such as hairpins, headbands, etc.
  • Baby Clothing such as soft bodysuits and covering blankets.
  • Cosmetics
  • Undergarments and swimming suits
  • Jewellery such as earrings, bracelets, etc.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange for a refund or exchange.

Please Note

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Same goes for discounted items which cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • If the reported fault has occurred because of company's irresponsibility, the company is fully/partially liable to bear the cost.
  • If the reported fault has occurred because of the customer's irresponsibility, the customer is fully/partially liable to bear the cost.
  • we are unable to process exchanges that are posted or couriered, so please take items you want exchanged into a store or reorder online. Products returned by post are your responsibility until they reach us, so please take the time to package these securely. Using a tracked delivery service is also recommended. You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for a returned product. However, unless the product is faulty or not as ordered, the delivery charges and costs of returning the product will not be refunded.
